of experience guiding the company to meet the vision,

Thomas Neslage, President
and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Neslage has over thirty years experience in various
leadership and executive positions in the energy industry,
with an emphasis on commercialization of new technology.
In 1994, he became the first Managing Director and CEO
of Hydro-Texaco, a Scandinavian joint venture company
between Texaco and Norsk Hydro. Neslage was tasked to
form Texaco Global Products in 1995 and was appointed
its President in 1996. In 1999, Neslage was named to
Texaco's Executive Operating Committee and given the
additional responsibilities of Vice President of Marketing
for Texaco Inc. and served as Chairman of the Board
of Directors for Fuel and Marine Marketing Inc. In 2001,
he was named a Senior Vice President of ECD and became
the President of Cobasys in 2002. Tom was appointed
Chief Executive Officer in January, 2003.

Scott Lindholm, Vice President
of Systems Engineering and Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Lindholm has twenty-five years experience in product
development, technical support and sales and five years
with hybrid electric battery systems at Cobasys. He
joined Texaco as a Research Engineer in 1981. In 1991,
Lindholm was named Group Leader for product development
of fuel, lubricant, and additive products at Texaco
Research and Development in Beacon, NY. In 1994, he
was assigned the duties of Technical Manager for Texaco
Global Products in Novi, MI. He later was named Global
Automotive OEM Manager, for ChevronTexaco Global Lubricants,
where he directed international development and global
sales of automotive lubricant and coolant products to
OEMs. He joined Cobasys in 2002 as Vice President of
Transportation Sales and was appointed Vice President
of Systems Engineering/Chief Sales Officer in 2004.

Gary Absher, Vice President
of Product Development
Mr. Absher began his career at Delco Remy in 1973 where
he progressed through increasing roles of responsibility
in manufacturing and engineering. In 1990, Absher was
appointed Customer Program Manager, responsible for
commercial and engineering relationships with Saturn
and GM Truck and Bus. In 1994, he was named Quality
Assurance Manager for GM Ovonic, the predecessor to
Cobasys. In 1998, he was appointed President of Ovonic
Energy Products and Plant Manager of the Kettering,
Ohio production facility, which was later replaced by
the Company's Springboro facility. In 2003, he was named
Vice President of Product Development and is responsible
for all product design and validation.

Jim Greiwe, Vice President
of Manufacturing
Mr. Greiwe is Vice President of Manufacturing and the
Plant Manager of the Springboro, Ohio production facility.
Greiwe held various production and quality control positions
within GM manufacturing operations before being named
Superintendent of Manufacturing in 1981. In 1994, he
was named Operations Manager for GM Ovonic in Troy,
Michigan. In 2000, he was named President of GM Ovonic,
a position he held until July, 2001, when he became
Vice President of Product Development for the company.
In July, 2003, he was named Vice President of Manufacturing
which is located in Springboro, Ohio.

Joe Crocenzi, Vice President
of Finance
From 1991 to 2002, Mr. Crocenzi performed independent
audit, tax and consulting services for several international
accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and
Deloitte. In 2002, Crocenzi was appointed the Internal
Audit Director for Energy Conversion Devices. Crocenzi
joined Cobasys in October, 2004 as its Comptroller to
direct its finance and tax activities. He is a Certified
Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. He was
elected to his current position of Vice President of
Finance in 2005.

Ivan Menjak, General Manager,
Planning and Business Strategy
Mr. Menjak is responsible for development and implementation
of the strategic business plan, identification and pursuit
of business opportunities and ongoing development of
corporate strategy. He joined Ovonic Battery Company
in 1997 and in 2000 was appointed Project Manager, responsible
for commercial and engineering relationships with Chrysler
for its Hybrid Electric Vehicle program. He joined Cobasys
as Manager of Automotive Systems in 2002. He continued
in that position until 2004 when he was named Manager
of Business Planning. Menjak was appointed General Manager,
Planning and Business Strategy in August of 2005.

Debi Davies-Martin, Acting
Director, Human Resources
Ms. Davies-Martin joined Cobasys in 2001 as Human Resources
Manager. Prior to joining Cobasys, Davies-Martin held
positions as an In-Client Services Manager, Recruiting
Manager and was a Project Manager for contract labor
relations at Ford Motor Company.

Erik Hansen, General Manager,
Sales
Mr. Hansen is responsible for sales of all Cobasys transportation
and stationary products. He joined Chrysler in 1994
and subsequently led the development of battery management
electronics for DaimlerChrysler's electric vehicle team.
In 2001, he joined Texaco Ovonic Battery Systems as
Manager, Control Systems Group, where he developed electronic
controls for use in HEV battery systems. In 2002, he
was named Transportation Sales Manager and assumed responsibility
for sales of transportation battery systems. In 2006,
Hansen was appointed General Manager of Sales.
