has a 170,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Springboro,
Ohio and is positioned to be a high volume energy storage
systems provider for both transportation and stationary
markets. This facility is capable of producing over
3 million battery modules annually.
Cobasys has obtained the following company-wide certifications:
TS16949, ISO 9001: 2000 TL 9000, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001.

In order to meet the needs of the Transportation and
Stationary markets, Cobasys commissioned an ultra modern
manufacturing facility in Springboro, Ohio in April,
2003.
 Cobasys'
production facilities include new state-of-the-art,
fully automated positive and negative production lines.
These multifunctional electrode production lines are
able to start with bare substrate for either negative
or positive electrodes and end up with a completed
electrode. - Our new electrode production lines are designed
to produce the best-in-class negative and positive
plates for systems and batteries under the strictest
quality standards.
- Cobasys is the first company in the United States
to install such production capability solely for energy
storage systems and batteries.
 Cobasys'
electrical formation and testing stations, located
in our Springboro and Orion facilities, are capable
of forming components in both water-cooled and air-cooled
configurations. - There are over 300 production stations using the
latest software technology in the operation of all
our machines.
