Bosch and Samsung SDI to further the development of
emerging technologies and alternative energy processes
and products.

SB LiMotive Co. Ltd is a 50/50 joint venture between Bosch and Samsung SDI. It was established in 2008 to develop, manufacture
and sell battery solutions for the automotive markets. Currently, about 250 associates work for SB LiMotive at its headquarters in Giheung, South Korea
and its subsidiary SB LiMotive Germany GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany.
