Job Title: Software Test/Validation Engineer
Job Summary:
To participate on a project team in embedded software engineering to create test scripts, perform software testing and document results of testing.
Responsibilities:
- Create, perform and document test plans
- Develop test code, scripts and other tools where necessary
- Define and track quality assurance metrics
- Develop functional test cases from existing documentation
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- At least five years experience in embedded software testing
- At least two years C programming experience desired
- Experience with various testing methodologies (white box, black& box)
- Experience software testing at all levels (Unit, Integration, System)
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
