Job Title: Production Operator
Job Summary:
Cobasys Production Employees are responsible for the fabrication of NiMH Batteries in a prototype manufacturing facility. They are to Insure the high quality and safety standards held by Cobasys in participation of continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting of parts using measurement tools
- Manual Assembly
- Running large machines for welding, stamping & cutting
- Recording materials used and scrap within production / prototype build
- Working in a safe and clean manner
- Achieve everyday production schedule
- Have a need to want to continuously improve process and quality
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to communicate information effectively
- Ability to recognize unsafe situations
- Ability to operate manufacturing machines
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Assembly Background
- High School or equivalent
- Past Experience working with control plans & work instructions
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus (Microsoft Office Products)
- Data Entry Experience.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions
